Fees
I create customized documents, which are priced individually or as part of a flat-fee estate plan. I offer a special discount for returning customers and their families, so please be sure to mention this when booking your appointment. Plus, every fixed fee package includes legal advice and consultations, so you never have to worry about any surprises when you receive your bill.
My fees for probate administrations are typically a set percentage of the estate, as set in the Florida statutes. I guarantee that my legal fee to settle an estate will never exceed 4%.
