I also offer clients a free estate planning session with the purchase of any plan. During the estate planning session, we will:
- Discuss various estate planning tools, such as a will, trust, power of attorney, and health care directive;
- Review your current situation;
- Discuss your goals and needs;
- Choose the appropriate tools or legal documents for your estate plan.
I offer three reasonably priced plans to serve your needs:
- Single Plan: a plan for an individual with a modest estate that includes a customized Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney, Living Will, and Health Care Advance Directive.
- Family Plan: a plan for couples that includes customized Wills, Power of Attorney, Living Wills, and Health Care Advance Directives.
- Trust Plan: a trust-based plan for couples or families with large estates or special planning needs. This plan takes into consideration important tax benefits and includes Wills, Health Care Advance Directives, Living Wills, Power of Attorney, Trust(s), a Planning Session with the Attorney to ensure protection of family assets, and a free review of your estate planning documents after three years.

We also offer a special discount for returning customers and their families. Plus, every fixed fee package includes legal advice and consultations with the attorney.
