I am getting more and more clients calling me who are not married and have acquired assets, and frankly brought children into the world, and now are splitting up - or worse yet, lost a partner due to death. The disappointment upon realization that they are not protected in the same way as married couples is astonoshing. And I&#039;m not even talking about the inequities suffered by same-sex couples. Excellent post!</description>
